The ABCs of Divorce and Child Custody
Whether you are currently going through a divorce or know someone who may be, the ABCs of Divorce and Child Custody offers essential legal information. Led by family law attorney, John W. Zryd, Esq., this one-hour program gives an overview of the divorce process, including decisions about the equitable division of property and debts. The issues of child custody – namely the health, safety, and welfare of minor children – are discussed along with important details on how much child support is awarded, and whether spousal support should be.
