I was reading an article this weekend about the common qualities inspirational people share. It’s a couple of years old at this point, but the content resonated with me. The author found that the people who inspired her shared seven specific qualities, including that what they did benefitted the greater good – even if they didn’t realize it at the time – and that they were committed and dedicated. She said, “Inspirational people lead others by letting them see that their hopes, dreams, aspirations, and values are not only desirable but are possible, by demonstrating they can be done.”
