With the San Diego Superior Court scheduled to reopen next Tuesday, May 26, we have once again teamed up with 47 co-sponsor organizations to present the State of the Superior Court Address – Part 2 this Wednesday, May 20 at noon. Presiding Judge Lorna Alksne, Assistant Presiding Judge Michael Smyth, and Court Executive Officer Michael Roddy will discuss additional updates to court operations in light of COVID-19. - May 18 – The Environmental Section will host a Virtual Roundtable about the Impact of COVID-19 Social Distancing on Air Quality
- May 19 – The IP Section will host Innovation in the Age of COVID-19
- May 21 – You have three programs to choose from: Navigating the New Norm: A Look at Employment in a Post-COVID World (Labor & Employment Section), The Future is Now: Tips for a Successful Virtual Mediation/Arbitration (Civil Litigation Section), and a Probate Court Update: COVID-19 Operations (Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section).

And, on Friday, May 22 at noon, based on feedback from our Member Survey, we are offering Coping with COVID-19: Small & Solo Practitioners Town Hall. This interactive event will feature a panel discussion of the challenges facing solo practitioners and small law firms, and how firms are responding.
